We are looking for experienced software developers to help create and improve our suite of advanced communication and collaboration tools for e-Learning.
Successful individuals possess keen design and programming skills and a love of coding. They are constantly learning and looking for ways to improve. They must understand the SDLC and have experience with formal software development projects. Software developers have an interest in technology and keep up-to-date with the latest in web and software technologies.
They take pride not just in getting things done, but in getting them done well.

Location: Kitchener, Ontario
Main Duties:
- Developing components and web applications using C#, .NET and Microsoft SQL Server
- Designing software using design patterns and best practices
- Writing and reviewing technical specifications
- Troubleshooting, performing problem analysis and fixing bugs
- Software testing
- Mentoring junior and intermediate software developers
Work Experience Recommendations:
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise web applications
- 3+ years of experience with C#, .NET and Microsoft tools and technologies
- 3+ years of experience with T-SQL and SQL Server 2000 or 2005
- Experience in the development of commercial applications is considered an asset
Education Recommendations:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
